Hello friends, family and potential customers. I really enjoy this sweat band. I’m seeing an improvement already and only had it for a week. I really love the sweat cream she makes, it doesn't have a strong scent and it goes on easy and works well with the sweatband. It really has me sweating and I'm really not a sweater. I purchased the waist trainer as well which is also an excellent product. I can do housework in it and I wear it anywhere from 2 to 7 hours a day. It does not hurt it’s actually very comfortable.
